How does Cash on Delivery work at Pick Next?
- Place your order on picknext.pk.
- Our team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm the order.
- You pay a Rs 300 advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
- We dispatch the parcel. You pay the remaining amount to the rider.
Is the Rs 300 advance an extra charge?
No. The Rs 300 advance is deducted from your order total. Example: for a Rs 2,500 order you pay Rs 300 in advance and Rs 2,200 on delivery.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
- Delivery is Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan.
- Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,000 or more.
- Major cities: 2–4 business days. Other cities: 3–7 business days. Remote areas: 5–10 business days.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. You can open and check your parcel in front of the rider before you pay the remaining COD amount. If the item is wrong or damaged, do not accept it and WhatsApp us on 0302-1758030.
What is the return and exchange policy?
- Return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packing, with all accessories.
- For a wrong, damaged or faulty item we pay the return postage. Otherwise return postage is paid by the customer.
