Return & Refund Policy

At Pick Next, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not match the product description, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Parcel opening before payment is not guaranteed. Please contact our team before sending any return.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, labels and the invoice are included.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products.
- Products without original packaging.
- Personal care, beauty or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Clearance or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number (for example PN146720).
- Clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
- A short description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and checked, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges
We exchange wrong, damaged or defective items. If the same product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return courier charges. Please contact our team for return instructions before sending the item. Keep your courier receipt and tracking number. Sending an item back does not automatically confirm refund approval; we will inspect it according to this policy.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. After dispatch, the return process above applies.
