Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp and processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas
We deliver all over Pakistan through our courier partners. If your area is not covered, our team will contact you.

3. Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times can change because of weather, public holidays or courier delays.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

5. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible delivery locations in Pakistan.

  • Our team calls or messages you to confirm your order before dispatch.
  • Every COD order requires a Rs 300 advance, paid through JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer using the payment details provided by our team.
  • The Rs300 advance is deducted from your order total. It is not an additional charge.
  • After we manually confirm receipt of the advance, we prepare your order and shipping label. Our team adjusts the remaining amount to be collected on delivery.
  • Please provide a working phone number and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • Parcel opening before payment is subject to the courier’s service rules and is not guaranteed.

6. Advance Payment Discount

OFF5 applies only after full advance payment is confirmed by our team. Paying the Rs300 COD advance alone does not qualify. If you choose COD, OFF5 will be removed before dispatch. Pay your full order amount in advance and get 5% off with code OFF5.

7. Order Tracking
After dispatch you will receive tracking details by SMS or WhatsApp where available.

8. Incorrect Address
Please enter a complete address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve it quickly.
