Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Purchased goods can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packing. Return postage is paid by the customer; for a wrong or damaged item, we pay it.

Fake or unconfirmed orders, cancellations and refused deliveries have caused losses for our business. The Rs 300 advance helps confirm genuine orders and reduce wasted dispatch and courier costs. It is deducted from your order total, not added as an extra fee.
