No. The advance is deducted from your order total. Pay the remaining balance on delivery.

When is my COD order confirmed?
Our team confirms your COD order and creates the shipping label after manually confirming receipt of the Rs 300 advance.

Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. You can open and check your parcel in front of the rider before you pay the remaining COD amount. If the item is wrong or damaged, do not accept it and WhatsApp us on 0302-1758030.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Purchased goods can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packing. Return postage is paid by the customer; for a wrong or damaged item, we pay it.
Why do COD orders need an advance?
Fake or unconfirmed orders, cancellations and refused deliveries have caused losses for our business. The Rs 300 advance helps confirm genuine orders and reduce wasted dispatch and courier costs. It is deducted from your order total, not added as an extra fee.
